Mr. Honigman is an experienced attorney who was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1982, having graduated Cum Laude from New York Law School and who received a Masters of Law in Taxation from New York University in 1986.  He is also admitted to the United States Tax Court, and the United States District Court – Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
